Vincent Solese Porcher

FOUNDER, OWNER & INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS CONSULTANT

Originally from Charleston, South Carolina and Brooklyn, New York City, Vincent was soon on his way to the other side of the Atlantic, starting his professional career with NATO, through the United States Navy, as an Intelligence Analyst, stationed in Portugal and Spain. 


After his years in Europe, Vincent returned to the United States and worked in management at two Fortune 50 companies, Citi Group and New York Life Insurance Company, as a Technical & Financial Analyst and Director of Processing / Operations Consultant respectively.


After being a major player in the success of this “start-up” entity of New York Life Insurance Company he made the decision to combine his 20+ years of professional experiences to create “Lo Mejor de Ambos Mundos” (“The Best of Both World”), created in 2004. 


The primary markets of “Lo Mejor de Ambos Mundos” are Spain, China, and the United States but has business experience in over 40+ countries. 


Today “Ambos Mundos” boasts an extensive global network around the world, offering our clients a wide array of services from professionals selected by Vincent who possess the same work ethnics, professionalism, passion. and vision as he has.

Marco Porcher Jiménez

PRESIDENT

The son of Founder Vincent S. Porcher, Marco is very fond of business and also possesses a global perspective, being born in Córdoba, Spain and leaving at a young age to the United States of America. 


Marco studied Business Administration and Environmental Studies, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts from Florida International University in 2015. Additionally, he competed at the Division 1 athletic level as a member of Florida International University's Men's Basketball program. Alongside his academics and athletics he was an active member of the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity. 


Having played professional basketball for over 7 years in Spain and Germany, Marco possesses high levels of leadership and competitve drive. Fluent in both English and Spanish, and with sufficent German and Mandarin, Marco is proven to be a key piece to our team at Ambos Mundos.

HOW WE HELP

INVESTORS


Our primary goal is to find stong financial options for our clients. Our clients are owners of successful companies (small & medium-sized) in various business sectors. 


We understand that each investor or investment firm has their own method of assessing potential investments, therefore we take pride in being flexible and providing any financial or business documents in the desired format. 

Once the “Funding Source” (investor, investment group or investment firm) have made the decision to move forward with a certain project, we will be the intermediary between the Funding Source and our client to ensure that the process is facilitated smoothly for both parties, with transparency.


After underwriting, the negotiation of the conditions of the agreement, and any other due diligence on behalf of both parties have been successfully completed, we will set a closing date and move forward with the transfer of the investment capital.



During the life of the agreement, it is our responsibility to provide financial and business reporting status to the Funding Source (and, any other desired audit reporting) to ensure that transparency exists.

THE PROCESS

1. COMMUNICATION, INVESTIGATION & RESEARCH


Establish communication with our clients to understand their past, present, and future.  Then, investigate and research important variables to understand how to assist our clients (current and new markets, the competition, methods of working more efficiently, etc.).

2. CREATION OF DOCUMENTS TO PRESENT TO INVESTORS


We are responsible for creating the information to present to the Investors for the justification and confirmation of why our clients are favorable candidates to receive investment capital (pitch deck, executive summary, detailed business plan, presentation, documentation for underwriters, etc.). All this is done is the desired format that each investor prefers.

3. CLOSING OF DEAL


After the successful completion of the second step, the deal between the clients and the investors will come to a successful close.  We are the intermediary and manage any entities that are necessary to close the deal successfully in a timely manner (negotiation of the legal binding agreement, legal services, financial entity for any transactions, insurance contract, etc.).
